Terms & Conditions
Here's all the boring stuff you need to know before placing an order.
 

FREE PICK UP

  • Please arrive between the pick-up times you’ve selected. 

  • You will personally choose your tree upon arrival.

  • We will only hold your tree for the date and time slot you’ve booked.

  • Trees not picked up during your selected window may be resold. While we will do our best to find you a replacement, this may not be available until our next delivery.

  • Your tree doesn't come with a stand, you need to add this separately to your cart.
     

DELIVERED

  • All trees are handpicked by our team.

  • Delivery is to your front door only. For apartment blocks, delivery is to the foyer only.

  • Drivers will not set up your tree for you.

  • Trees will be delivered on one of the dates you select at checkout, between 7am – 8pm.

  • You will receive a message at least 2 days before delivery with your 3-hour delivery window.

  • If you are not home, your tree will be left in a safe place, with the base cut and placed in a bucket of water. Please make every effort to be there for your delivery time.

  • Your tree will be netted where possible.

  • Trees do not come with stands. Make sure to add a stand to your cart if needed. 

 

DELIVERED & SET UP

  • Our team will set up your tree for you.

  • Trees will be delivered on one of the dates you select at checkout, between 7am – 8pm.

  • You will receive a message at least 2 days before delivery with your 3-hour delivery window.

  • If you are not home, your tree will be left in a safe place, with the base cut and placed in a bucket of water. Please make every effort to be there for your delivery time.

  • We cannot offer a refund for the set up if you are not home when we deliver the tree.

  • Your tree will be netted where possible and taken out of the net for set up.

  • Trees do not come with stands. Make sure to add a stand to your cart if needed. 

 

Preparing for Setup Day

To make things smooth and stress-free, please have the following ready:

  • Tree stand: If you’re providing your own, ensure it’s set up and ready.
    (We’ll have spare stands available if yours doesn’t fit.)

  • Clear space: Please clear the area where you’d like the tree placed before we arrive.
     

CURBSIDE PICK UP

  • Please remove all decorations and lights from your tree.

  • Place your tree on the roadside council strip by Saturday 3rd January from 10am. 

  • Make sure it’s not blocking footpaths, driveways, or parked cars.

  • Once collected, your tree will be mulched and given a new lease of life, spread around the grounds of some of our charities.

  • Important: Pretend you’re driving a truck the size of Santa’s sleigh after Christmas dinner. Please pop your tree somewhere obvious and easy to grab quickly as not to hold up Sydney driving grinches. Last year we had a few tree treasure hunts… fun for kids, not so fun for the drivers.

  • If your tree isn’t on the council strip during the times above, we won’t be able to collect it. 

  • No refunds can be given for missed pick-ups.

    REFUND POLICY

  • We want all our customers to have a fabulous looking tree for as long as possible, so we will do all we can to guide you on how to care for it when you get it home. 

  • Once you have purchased a tree it is your responsibility to follow the tree care guidelines available on our website and provided to you on the day.
  • On the rare occasion that your tree changes colour drastically within a week, then we will refund you the full amount or replace your tree. Photo evidence will be asked for in this case.
  • If you have reserved a tree, you must pick it up on the date and hours stated. If you do not, we cannot guarantee your selected size tree and or stand, will be available.
  • We do not offer a refund for items not picked up on your selected date and time.
  • If you cannot find a tree that suits you on the date and time you have selected for pick up, we offer a full refund.
  • We have an extensive range of trees so you may still of course pick up a tree from us on another day but come early to avoid disappointment.
  • If you change your mind after placing your order, there is a $15 admin fee to cancel your order.
