​All trees are handpicked by our team.

Delivery is to your front door only. For apartment blocks, delivery is to the foyer only.

Drivers will not set up your tree for you.

Trees will be delivered on one of the dates you select at checkout, between 7am – 8pm.

You will receive a message at least 2 days before delivery with your 3-hour delivery window.

If you are not home, your tree will be left in a safe place, with the base cut and placed in a bucket of water. Please make every effort to be there for your delivery time.

Your tree will be netted where possible.

Trees do not come with stands. Make sure to add a stand to your cart if needed. 

Delivery is a flat fee of $95 on top of the tree price and selected at the check out.
