​Please arrive between the pick-up times you’ve selected. 

You will personally choose your tree upon arrival.

We will only hold your tree for the date and time slot you’ve booked.

Trees not picked up during your selected window may be resold. While we will do our best to find you a replacement, this may not be available until our next delivery.

Your tree doesn't come with a stand, you need to add this separately to your cart.

Bring a friend to help you carry the tree and a blanket to cover the back of your car, or straps to
attach it to the roof.​
