Delivered & Set Up - By selecting this service you should take note of the below:
Delivery is to your front door only. For apartment blocks, delivery is to the foyer only.
Drivers will not set up your tree for you in the stand unless deliver and set up has been selected.
Trees will be delivered on one of the dates you select at checkout, between 7am – 8pm.
You will receive a message at least 2 days before delivery with your 3-hour delivery window.If you are not home, your tree and stand will be left in a safe place, with the base cut and placed in the stand (the stand won't be unpacked. We cannot offer a refund if you're not home for set up.

Preparing for Setup Day
To make things smooth and stress-free, please have the following ready:
Tree stand: If you’re providing your own, ensure it’s set up and ready. (We’ll have spare stands available if yours doesn’t fit.)
Clear space: Please clear the area where you’d like the tree placed before we arrive.
